TECTITE Express 5.0 PC software (applicable to single fan system)
TECTITE Express 5.0 (WiFi) is an international building airtightness test analysis
program designed for personal computers by the US Institute of Energy.
This program makes it easier than ever to perform fully automatic
blower door tests and analyze and store blower door test data.
The program's built-in report generator and graphing capabilities allow you to simply
document and present the results of your blower door test to a homeowner or customer.
The program is compatible with manual blower door testing (i.e. manual data entry)
as well as fully automatic testing using the DG-1000 or DG-700 digital pressure and flow gauges.
TECLOG4 PC-side software (suitable for dual-fan or multi-fan systems) TEC's top-of-the-line software for large construction (whole building) and multi-family testing and long-term data logging applications. The TECLOG4 is designed to monitor and store data for up to 16 DG-1000, DG-700, DG-500 or APT units and provides computer control of multiple Minneapolis Blower Door? fans. Data connections can be wired using a CAT5 cable, or wireless using a DG-1000 or TEC WiFi link (when used with the DG-700 or DG-500) and a router. TECLOG4 is the only software that lets you view and track real-time building pressure and fan flow measurements, all because of our unique and easy-to-use graphical interface. The TECLOG4's electronic averaging of multiple building envelope pressures during air leak testing is integrated with the master cruise control, making computer control of multiple blower doors a breeze. Users can quickly select a time period for airtight test results, and view and print test results using built-in calculation and reporting functions, including USACE, E3158 compliant reports. TECLOG4 can be easily configured for data logging, including sampling rate, auto-zero interval, pressure channel type, and graphical display options.

The TEC Auto Test mobile APP communicates wirelessly with the DG-1000 instrument using Bluetooth or WiFi. Automatic fan control and data collection reduces operator error and ensures each test is performed the same way. Automated testing provides quality assurance by ensuring that tests are performed according to test standards and that test data (i.e. pressure and flow readings) are collected directly from the TEC gauges and cannot be altered. Wind Assistant? This feature detects windy weather conditions and automatically adjusts envelope test settings to improve test accuracy and repeatability. Project files can be geotagged and time stamped to verify when and where testing was performed. Supports building and piping system airtight testing, and both metric and non-metric units. Test results are calculated and displayed in a PDF report that can be exported using a cloud sharing application on a mobile device. It is also possible to export complete project files (with all test and build data). Exported project files are in XML file format. Contains several default test protocols that define the test types and code compliance/test settings that an application uses when testing. Agreements can be edited, deleted, and new agreements can be created. Project and test files can be easily copied to speed data entry for large production applications Standards supported: ASTM E779 multipoint standard, RESNET 380 multipoint standard and RESNET 380 single point standard, two variants of ISO 9972 multipoint standard and CGSB 149.10 multipoint standard. Additionally, the app includes a pipe leak test standard: RESNET 380 Total Pipe Leaks
